it has been raining every morning for the past few days.

poor kids like us are deprived of umbrella, we had to use newspapers instead. Thank god 'The Sun' is free.
just like the traffic lights go 'blink blink' in yellow whenever it rains, parking ticket machines don't work too..

even with Sher hann's attempt to put in as many coins as fast as possible, like how you try to hit as many croc heads with a hammer in the funfair, the machineS refuse to issue a ticket. Suprisingly it worked when Ben do the trick.

*sorry no photo, the settings terchange to video and I don't remember saving it

As good citizens, we tried explaining to the council officers what happened so we don't get summon. we even sacrificed our precious time.

I wonder if any of them saw this in the end..

I attended Lincoln's Inn alumni dinner on Friday evening with a bunch of classmates. It wasn't as formal as I thought it would be. bleh, the lamb there was good :D Met a few friends from HELP who were also student volunteers at Lawasia.

And I was at Sheraton Imperial yesterday, supposed to attend coloquium on human rights but I missed it. Went for buffet instead. Love the baked oyster with cheese and pretty cappucino :D

I'm going on a diet plan next week.

Dear readers (if there's any left), sorry for being away for quite some time without any notice.

So here's a summary of after-finals post:
I had 2 weeks of break, 2 months of intern and supposedly 2 days of holiday before Year 2 starts. (somehow I manage to lengthen it to 1 week =P)

1 sentence, short and sweet.

I tried exploring the bus system in Malaysia today. Left home early in the morning to get some mooncakes at Sunway, then took the bus down to KL. Did some errands then took the bus again to meet another friend in a nearby mall. The last ride home was scary. It was dark and I started to worry when the bus passes by some unfamiliar place. As I was unsure which stop I have to go to change buses back to my place, the bus driver said he will inform me when he reaches that stop. Luckily the last guy in the bus went down somewhere I'm familiar with. I realise I was alone and the bus driver said the bus to Kota Kemuning passes only at the next stop. I decided not to stay even if the next stop is where I’m supposed to go down and quickly ask him to open the doors. I was worried the next stop will be somewhere I'm unfamiliar with again, not like I didn’t have enough worries earlier. My parents came to pick me up in the end.
It’s saddening that Kota Kemuning doesn't have good public transportation.

I met my supervisor at Shearn today to pass him some mooncakes (not that my dad will not have dinner with him anytime soon). We talked a while and I almost ask him about the McDonalds case which he lost recently. I was a bit disappointed with the decision but nevertheless he tried his best. Btw, if future interns at Shearn are given allowance, they might wanna consider thanking me =P

Enough of that, I’m suppose to write something about my hottest friend Sherhann.
Owner of Diplock/Travis which I plan to kidnap someday (oh no, I shouldn't tell her my plan here)
Loves ellen degeneres. I tried watching today and I'd probably watch again tomorrow because Leighton Meester will appear on ellen tomorrow.
Thus, she will love American Idol soon.
With her butt, and with Faye's boobs, they can make wonders (they created it when they CAN’T find their way to IKEA for meatballs).
Potential first class graduate from stalking school (if it exists)
The owner of an awesome blog. For more details visit http://www.listentoalison.blogspot.com/

I'm trying very hard to keep my blog alive.

10 Rules of the Chambering Pen

(1) You are lesser than human. Auntie coffee wields more power than you.

(2) When you don’t have work and you’re bored, the calls are never for you. When you’ve got 7 files pending and all due tomorrow, the calls are ALL for you.

(3) The person you wish to avoid is the very same person you’ll bump into the lift.

(4) The person you wish to see will never be around and will never be found.

(5) When you’re working real hard, no one comes to the pen. When you’re reading newspaper, gossiping or snacking, PARTNERS come to the pen.

(6) When you have urgent work, hot conversations in the pen will distract you.

(7) When you don’t have work, there’s no conversation in the pen.

(8) The computer will always hang or crash when you’re completing the FINAL page of your 40-page submission.

(9) The phone will always ring the second you pack your bags to go home.

(10) You have NO RIGHT to complaint. (See Rule 1)

Will check again on Monday =)

my holiday has been very.... unproductive. It's week 2 only.

I was in Bon Odori last Saturday. So far it's like the only productive thing I did. And I've finally decided to go Lawball.

Finally I'm done with finals! =) All I can do now is to pray for the best. I don't want to spend the rest of the holidays studying again. Who would?

Now, what am I going to do for the next few weeks?
This is when I realise facebook is boring. Unlike during exam period, facebook has got the most interesting games, most interesting updates but now it's... just facebook. Thank god I can help out in Lawasia although it's for 2 days only. Probably my intern starts in August (provided everything goes well). Should I go Lawball? I can't decide =x

Finals are coming up.
Won't be updating my blog for a month or so.

Till then =)
